I have been weeding the vegetable garden today. Looks like most of what I have seeded is coming up. The ruccola salad is growing almost too fast. I pick handfuls and make salads every day.

I live in Trondheim, Norway with my husband and two daughters. Two boys have moved out to create their own homes. I work full time, and have alot of interests, but there is hardly a day when you don't find me in the kitchen, playing with old and new recipes. Your veggie garden looks so orderly and well-tended! Someday I shall have one that looks more than one step beyond chaos!
Nothing like the first salad, is there?! As Ann says, your garden is very orderly...So glad all your seeds are coming along. A few we planted direct in the ground did not germinate, so we just tried again with something else--even more salads! Happy Garden Days! :o)
