Though we are back to cold temperatures, my tulips have never been blooming in May 17th, Norway's Constitutional Day, before. This year their beauty sends out flirtatious vibes. I was out photographing early this morning, and the buds were not open yet. Later today they will unfold their hearts offering love to the world.
The white ball like ones are supposed to be red with white stripes when they open. I am excited to see.
The red ones are so vibrant! You must post pics of the white headed ones once they bloom so I may see their beauty. Hoping all is well and you are enjoying Spring. xo Susan
I live in Trondheim, Norway with my husband and two daughters. Two boys have moved out to create their own homes. I work full time, and have alot of interests, but there is hardly a day when you don't find me in the kitchen, playing with old and new recipes. And if I am not to be find it the kitchen, take a look in The Blue Garden. I am a member of the Slow Food movement and a supporter of the Slower Life. You can contact me at: knitwoman1958@yahoo.com
