Internet will never take over for real books in my life, neither will emails and blogging comments take over from real letters. The Blue Garden has a blue book where I write down all entries, and glue all photos from The Blue Garden blog. I am behind in the project, but long and dark winter nights are perfect crafting time. With scissors and glue I enjoy looking back on a summer which is now history.

I fully agree with your first sentence! And I like the idea of your blue garden book....It will remain you not only of all what happened in your garden, but also of all the work you did when blogging!! (And blogging needs time!!).

I also keep a garden book. It is a diary where I place photos and texts about the garden in progress, blooming times, places and stores I visited, plants I bought, etc.
Your garden book looks very nice. I see that you have "Dicentra spectabilis", too. I love the little pink drops which look like tears in spring.
ojej... that's inspiring. its a lot of work. how do you find time for that? it looks lovely.

I agree with you about all this. I too keep a garden journal. I have for years and will continue to do so even tho I have started blogging. I still love to receive letters by post. They seem even more special now.

I print mine out each day and keep it in a book for my friends and family who do not have computers to follow the story.
