I wish the summer could last.....

The days are still mild and sunny, the garden is filled with colours.
The nights are darker, much darker though.
I wish summer could last for ever!

Sunny moments

Saturday. August 1st. Sun. A smiling Blue Garden

Because of al my travels the past months, the garden has been quite neglected. Still it showers me with roses and happy dances.

The bright spring sun

Soon it will be time to open the Blue Garden. The spring sun shines bright today with power to melt some of this white stuff called snow. The air smells of hope. I am back to garden blogging!

The Blue Garden dressed in her snow coat

Garden life is a dream. I sit in front of the fire with a mug of tea, reading garden books. Dreaming of a spring and a summer far, far ahead.

It is bitterly cold. My time in the garden is limited to photographing, feeding birds and squirrels.

White has its own beauty, though my garden dreams have the colours of the rainbow.

Welcome 2009

Woke up to snow!

On this last day of 2008 I woke up to a snowing world.
Everything has been so dark lately with the old snow turing into dirty ice, but now the world feels new.
I am busy in the kitchen, preparing for a party tonight, but have found time to run out to taste the snowflakes.
